Registration for Tools to Calculate Chronic Absence
Thank you for registering for the Preschool Attendance Tracking Tool (PATT). Once you complete this registration form, you will receive an email invitation to Basecamp, our online project management site, where you can download the tool and handbook. The PATT is consistent with the School Attendance Tracking Tool and the District Attendance Tool used in many K-12 environments, but reflects the elements distinctive to preschools.
There is no charge for downloading or using the tool, which was developed by Applied Survey Research for Attendance Works. However, we ask all users to register so that we can contact you when new versions/upgrades are released.
