PARTA Public Survey

Thanks to your input this past Spring, a set of proposed service improvements have been developed. We would like to hear from you again, so please take a few minutes to complete this brief survey and tell us your preferences. When improvements are finalized, they will be recommended for implementation over a 10-year period. Thank you!

Please review the Proposed Service Improvements below and refer to the map at the bottom of the page before indicating your level of support for each one. Mobility on Demand (MOD) is defined as a flexible, on-demand service using smaller vehicles than what is typically used for Door-to-Door service. A trip can be “ordered” like an Uber on a phone app or by calling a phone number as long as the trip begins and ends within the specified zone.
