PAH! Program Survey (Service Users)

The leadership team at the Bob Rumball Canadian Centre of Excellence for the Deaf is seeking ways to enhance access to mental health services for children, youth, and families in the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing community. To do this, we are requesting feedback from the community regarding their experiences accessing child and youth mental health services. The information taken from this survey will help the leadership team plan the evolution of services provided by the Bob Rumball Centre to enhance access to services.
