Overview
This survey was created by student and resident leadership at the Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians (PAFP) and is open to all applicants in the 2021 US residency match. The first edition was designed as a pilot study, to provide rapid turnover of student perspectives for residency program planning prior to the ERAS application submission deadline. This follow-up survey is designed to collect retrospective data, to hear about the student experience with the Virtual Match season post-Match Day and inform stakeholders like residency programs in their planning.
