Thank you for taking this survey, which will be used to estimate the number of relevant projects each person has, and under which business type(s) a person is most likely to submit most of their projects. The average number of projects/points for each of the tracks under each Functional Category (FC) will be shared in the final RFP (Ref. Draft RFP, 52.212-1 Addendum, Para. 1.3). Participation in the entire survey is highly encouraged, as it will help offerors like you conduct a possibility-to-win determination.
PACTS III is a set-aside for the following socioeconomic categories: Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Woman-Owned Small Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), and 8(a) Small Business. Only small businesses that possess certification in one of these four socioeconomic categories may submit an offer to PACTS III.
