NYCHA is working to transform our operations and service to residents, including residents who live at developments that have undergone renovations as part of NYCHA’s Permanent Affordability Commitment Together (PACT) program. As part of this effort, we are introducing an annual resident survey to better understand your experiences and perspectives over time. While some residents may have previously participated in a survey conducted by an independent third-party evaluator following building renovations, this survey establishes an ongoing opportunity for resident feedback. Your responses will not affect your tenancy and will not be used for determining your access to any NYCHA housing service, activity, or program.
