HSU Enterprise Bargaining Survey

It's time to negotiate a new enterprise agreement at PACE.

This means that union members can campaign for a wage increase and for improvements to conditions at work.

The new enterprise agreement will cover staff at PACE Care, Peninsula Village and Central Coast Community Care Association trading as Alino Living (the merged entity comprising Adelene Retirement Village, Central Coast Community Care Association and Vietnam Veterans Keith Payne VC Hostel).

The HSU will represent all HSU members in the negotiation. If you’re not a member yet, now's the time to join so that you can be represented.

All HSU members are encouraged to complete this survey to have a say in the Union's claims. These are the things that we will be campaigning for in the new agreement.

We also need HSU members to be active and united to get the best outcome. If you’re colleagues are not yet an HSU member, encourage them to get involved and have their say today.
