The U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota understands that the COVID-19 outbreak has impacted the public’s ability to access the public terminals in the Clerk’s Office to conduct research on PACER. To request a PACER fee exemption to access U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota electronic court documents, complete and submit the following request form.

After you submit your request, your responses will be reviewed by Court staff; you will be notified by email if your request is granted or denied, or if the Court needs additional information to process your request. It may take up to 5 business days to process your request.

Please note that in order to access PACER and request a PACER fee exemption, you must first create a PACER account at www.pacer.gov.
