Introduction to SGInnovate
At SGInnovate, we launch, prove and scale Deep Tech products borne out of science research. Our mission is to help entrepreneurial scientists build Deep Tech startups and deliver solutions to hard problems in the world. With a focus to build the talent pipeline for the Deep Tech ecosystem in Singapore, we have launched the PowerX series of traineeship programme.
About PowerX Programme
PowerX is a 9-12 month traineeship programme where we:
(1) work with startups & organisations to identify talents with the right attitude;
(2) collaborate with industry practitioners and institutes of higher learning to deliver a structured training;
(3) equip trainees with real-world experience through on-the-job training; and
(4) boost the talent pipeline in the respective PowerX domains.
All of the above comes with extensive funding and programme management support from SGInnovate to ensure quality outcomes that meets real talent demands for the ecosystem. The typical funding is approximately 80% of all costs associated.
