Hello future graduates, 
The survey that follows is meant to discover a potential key to improve your success in school.
The questions are really just statements of commitments to your role as a student. The belief is and research has shown that if these commitments are met, success is inevitable.

As you read and reply to the commitments realize the following:
0 means "not at all" and
4 means "without a doubt - this is crucial".
The range allows for you to show a degree of importance for each commitment.
