15.Program Commitment. If accepted into the program, both parties must be committed to it. Mentee: you are responsible for the management of the relationship (i.e. proactively setting up meetings, being prepared with an objective for each meeting). Mentors: you agree to make yourself available for monthly communications (video call, phone call, in person - as appropriate) and emails during the 9-month length of the program.(Required.)
