Thank you for your interest in the 3rd Annual Teen Zone: Battle of the Bands! Here is a bit of info about the event:

When: Friday, July 27th, 6:30-10PM
Where: Cook Memorial Public Library District 
413 N. Milwaukee Ave. | Libertyville, IL 60048


Show Details:

This is a High School Battle. So each band member must be a high school student. Incoming 9th graders and outgoing seniors are welcome to participate. 

2 "stages" will be set up on the main floor of the library. One will be located in the fiction room, the other will be near the self checkout near the non fiction collection.

In the past we have had enough time for about 4 bands to participate. Each band was allowed a 30min set. 

Each stage will be equipped with a basic PA system, including 2 mics and a monitor. Each band is responsible for providing any other equipment that they may need. 


Winners are selected by an audience vote at the end of the night, so please encourage your high school aged friends and fans to attend the event. If this sounds like something you want to be involved with, please fill out the following application!
