This half-day training will provide participants an opportunity to (a) reflect and assess current classroom and non-classroom management strategies (b) learn and apply several low intensity classroom management strategies (ie. Opportunities to Respond, Behavior Specific Praise, and Instructional Choice, etc.) and (c) discuss systems that need to be in place to support classroom management in a school. An introduction to understanding the function of behavior will also be included. Participants are encouraged to attend in small teams.
