We are excited to launch the Alliance's Executive Director Network. We will be starting two ongoing programs, as well as periodic special programs:
Nexus Cohort ProgramThis cohort program will provide participants with opportunities for shared learning, peer problem-solving, and relationship building. Participants will commit to six meetings during the year – four will be in person and two will be virtual. Meeting dates will be determined based on participant availability.
Meetings will be:

Horizon GatheringsThese quarterly, large, in person events are open to all Alliance member Executive Directors and will provide opportunities for learning and collaboration -- a chance to lift your head up from your immediate work and look at the bigger picture (horizon!). The April Horizon Gathering will be a longer retreat day. You can participate in one or more of the gatherings.
