DRIVER RETENTION ISSUES

Background

School Bus Ontario (SBO) is working with the Ministry of Education on a committee which has been put together to address various back to school issues. SBO and the committee are diligently working to ensure the safety of our drivers and students alike for the fall. Current preparations are focused on a variety of issues related to COVID-19 and impacts on driver availability when student transportation resumes.

SBO needs your help to give us an estimate of age breakdown within the Ontario school bus driver workforce. PLEASE ANSWER THIS SURVEY TO HELP US REPORT TO THE COMMITTEE.
