* 5. MEMBERSHIP FEES. The actual CHPVA membership fees are $1500 a year for companies up to 50 employees plus $200 a year per tiers of 50 employees and $850 for Associate members. In the last few years, many companies have reduced their number of employees or have just ceased their operations. This has considerably reduced the income of the Association. What could be the solution to compensate for this loss of income.
