1. Housing Development

Hilltown CDC develops housing for First Time Homebuyers, rental housing and affordable housing for seniors. The most common type of housing in the hilltowns is single-family detached homes, many of which are not affordable by households of modest incomes. A scarcity of rental housing creates an additional challenge for people who are priced out of the housing market. Many seniors living in the hilltowns need affordable, low maintenance housing options. Hilltown CDC's housing development work is designed to address these housing needs.
