Information about the Survey

The Wood Buffalo Local Immigration Partnership (LIP) is conducting an online survey of immigrants to understand immigrants’ needs, what settlement services are working well and what needs improvement.
Who can complete the survey?
Please complete the survey if you are an immigrant to Wood Buffalo and are 18 or older.
Immigrants include people born outside Canada who are now permanent residents, Temporary Foreign Workers, Canadian citizens, refugees, refugee claimants, international students etc.
How long will it take?
The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Which languages is the survey available in?
The survey is available in English, Amharic, Arabic, French, Somali and Spanish. You can select the language on the top right of the screen.

Who will have access to the information I provide?
Your individual information will be kept confidential. A summary of the information from the surveys will be shared with members of the Local Immigration Partnership and organizations that serve immigrants.

If you complete this survey and you provide your name and contact information, your name will be entered into a draw for a tablet (mobile device). Your contact information will be kept confidential and will only be used for the draw.
