The WOMA CME Committee will start working on 2019 CME programs at this year's convention. A Needs Assessment Survey is conducted by WOMA every year to help with the topic, speaker and location selection process. Needs Assessment is the systematic process of gathering information and using it to determine instructional solutions to close the GAP between what the physician does know and what the physician would know to be competent or an expert in his or her field. In addition to survey results, the Committee may employ Health Care Statistics (National, State, Specialty); Pretest/posttest results; Evidence based journals, published quality assurance reports and licensing requirements.
There is interest in rotating locations for the annual convention and we would like your input.
Thank you for your participation.
