A Survey for our Transition Time at DISCC

Our PPRC and Profile Team would like your input as we begin to navigate a search process. The first thing we need to do is determine what pastoral model will best fit our current church. Currently, Pastor Kim is 3/4 time, taking one week a month off. We want to assess congregational attitudes to the changing way in which ministry is conducted at our church.
1.Have you seen a difference in the way the church is functioning, following the change to a 3/4 time pastor?
2.Were you surprised when that move was made and how does it make you feel about the direction and future of your church? Surprised?
3.On the Sundays we have a supply pastor, besides the obvious difference, does the rest of the service seem the same to you? If not, what is different and do you like or dislike the difference?
4.How would you feel about having a bi-vocational pastor? Bi-vocational means that the pastor has another job and serves the church in a very part-time capacity. I would feel:
5.Do you think that the church should offer a full-time ministry position again?
