In accordance with Article VIII, Section 3, of the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (“NERC”) Bylaws, NERC is holding its annual election to replace the Member Representatives Committee (“MRC”) sector members whose terms expire in February 2021. The annual sector election will fill the one open seat of each of the twelve sectors of the MRC. The newly elected representatives’ terms will expire in February 2023.

The ballot period for the NERC Annual Election begins on December 7, 2020 and ends at midnight on December 17, 2020. The elected members will represent his/her sector on the MRC beginning February 2021 and the term will expire February 2023.
