Your referral must enroll in a study and meet the following criteria:

✅ Open to individuals of any age (up to 70 years old), any gender
✅ In good general health
✅ Able to speak, read, and write in English
✅ No cancer diagnosis within the past 5 years
✅ No autoimmune diseases or medications used to treat them (e.g., HIV, lupus, Crohn’s)
✅ Willing to travel to Richardson, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Elizabeth, NJ, Union, NJ.
✅ In good general health

User Responsibilities
- Referred individuals must not have previously participated in any of our studies.
- Your referral must enroll in a study within 1 month of the date you submit the referral form in order to qualify for payment.
-Pregnant individuals are only eligible if enrolled in pregnancy-related research studies within the 1-month enrollment window.
- A full and accurate address is required. If the form is incomplete or incorrect, payment will not be issued — even if your referral enrolls.
- Referral offers are limited-time only.
- Please follow up if you have not received your referral payment. We cannot verify referral information 90 days or more after your referral has enrolled in a study.
