Thank you for expressing interest in volunteering for the Oregon Wine Symposium 2018.

As a volunteer you will receive a complimentary admission in exchange for your volunteer shift, lunch will be included on both days. We will schedule you to work your whole shift on one day, plus a training and prep session, on Monday, so that you will have an entire day open to attend the Symposium. This will provide an opportunity for our volunteers to network and enjoy the programming. We typically need help in the following areas:

- Registration Assistant | Help set up the registration area prior to the start of the conference. Assisting with a variety of tasks such as directing attendees, general registration, badge printing, speaker check in, etc.

- Room Monitor | Monitor the session door and answer basic questions about the event, display time warning cards for speakers, take room counts, run the mic for Q&A session as well as maintain the drinking water station and assist the stage manager as needed

- Exhibit Set-Up | Assisting exhibit manager with giving directions to exhibitor booths, setting up exhibit booths, answering basic questions, etc.

- Directional Assistant | Help set up the registration area prior to the start of the conference, assist with a variety of tasks such as directing attendees to different programs, restrooms, exhibitor stations, monitor attendee waste products, etc.
