UIF-Entrepreneur Mentoring Program

As an Associate in our Incubator program, you will have the opportunity to work alongside innovative and disruptive start-up businesses and non-profits supported by the UIF Entrepreneur Mentoring Program. Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will gain a wide breadth of consulting and design experience, as well as play a vital role in the development and success of the Foundation and the supported startups. The opportunity to collaborate with entrepreneurs, UIF staff, and fellow associate enable high potential college and university students to expand their skill-set with tangible industry experience while accessing a powerful network of mentors and professionals.


General Qualifications
  • Highly proficient in Adobe InDesign
  • Fluent in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Ability to communicate project status, prioritize tasks and maintain deadlinesAbility to work creatively and problem solve within parameters and guidelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate and work in a team environment on the same project
  • Interest in entrepreneurship, startups, and nonprofits
  • 20-30 hours/week
