Whether or not you or anyone you’re close to got sick, the Covid-19 crisis has created unprecedented economic challenges that will be felt most harshly by folks who are just getting by. We don’t want you to be forgotten once the state reopens, so we’re asking you to answer a few questions to help us understand how this crisis has affected you. We will use the information that you and other survey-takers share to guide lawmakers responding to this crisis. 

We are fighting to make sure that the needs of struggling Alabamians are front and center in the statehouse, and that is why we need to know how you have been affected.

This survey is anonymous and your identity will not be known to us unless you choose to share it. Most people complete it in fewer than 10 minutes.
