We'd really welcome your comments and feedback on how accessible our ceremonies and summer camp are and what we could do to make them more accessible.

"Accessibility means that people can do what they need to do in a similar amount of time and effort as someone that does not have a disability. It means that people are empowered, can be independent, and will not be frustrated by something that is poorly designed or implemented." (Quote from Gov.uk).

Our ceremony locations to date:
1) Stourbridge Common, Cambridge, UK.
2) Karma Farm (Cecil's Field), Ely, UK.

Some of the things we do to help make our events and Summer Camp accessible are:
- Advise all signed-up attendees of likely weather on the day/weekend, suggesting what to wear to cope with precipitation and low temperatures;
- Provide copies of the booklet for ceremonies in advance, that can be printed at A4 or A5 size or downloaded and scaled before printing;
- Encourage sitting down during ceremonies and activities;
- Remind attendees that they do not have to be physically active participants in ceremonies/activities;
- Welcome those that arrive once ceremonies have started or those that can only attend a single-day over the Summer Camp weekend...

... but if there is more we can do, please let us have your suggestions.

Question Title

* 1. Have you attended an outdoor event on Stourbridge Common with us before?
