Landlord Law Procedures Feedback Survey

Proceedures are a new feature on Landlord Law. We would very much appreciate your feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Please make your answers as full as possible. The text boxes look small but they can take a lot of text - you can write things in your normal software and then copy and paste.

There is a feedback section for each procedure. Just put N/A where you have no comments.

Let me also know if you spot any typos in the procedures, as these sometimes get missed!

All feedback forms will be read carefully and used to improve and develop our service.

If you have problems with this form

Some users have told us (for one of our other surveys) that they had issues moving through the survey and that answers disappeared sometimes, for example they come back to finish completing the form.

If this happens to you, and you have a lot to say, it's probably best to write your comments for each procedure off-screen, perhaps using a word document or Google docs, and then come back and complete the form quickly using copy and paste. If the answers are being copied from another document then you won't lose them.

We would also recommend that you aim to complete the form in one go rather than in dribs and drabs as then you risk losing your answers.
