Youth Got This 2026 Registration

Registration Instructions

This registration is to be completed by advisors once they identify which students (9th, 10th, or 11th graders) will attend the youth summit with them!

Please submit one registration per organization/school. If you plan on bringing more than 3 students and haven't received prior approval, please reach out to olivia.guelich@unitedgeneral.org before completing this registration.

5.How many students (9th, 10th, or 11th graders) will you bring to the youth summit?(Required.)
6.Please list the preferred first name, last name, and grade level of all students attending. This information will be used to make nametags and assign students into groups in advance. (Ex//Jane Doe 9th grade, Sara Smith 10th grade, etc.)(Required.)
7.If applicable, please enter the name(s) and email(s) of any additional adult advisors that will be attending with you.
8.Are there any dietary restrictions or other accommodations you or any members of your group will need at the Youth Got This Summit?
9.I understand that my students are required to attend the entire Youth Got This Summit from 8:30am - 3:00pm on February 24th.(Required.)
10.I understand that as an advisor I am responsible for distributing permission slips to students and will ensure all students have a signed permission packet to bring to the Youth Got This Summit.(Required.)
11.I understand that all advisors from my group are required to attend the virtual pre-summit advisor meeting on February 12th from 2:00-3:00pm. I will contact the program coordinator if I am unable to attend.(Required.)
