You may never be asked to rate the CEO at your company, but you DO have the opportunity to evaluate its CEO (Culture & Engagement Opportunities)!

This survey will take you about 7 minutes to complete. To begin, read each statement carefully, then choose the response that most closely reflects your thoughts about your organization.

If you choose to receive more information about our culture and engagement services, you will be given an opportunity to OPT IN at the end. If not, by taking this survey, you will gain:

1. Valuable insight about the depth (or lack of depth) of your current engagement culture;
2. A conversation starter on the topic of culture and engagement between you and your employees, peers, and bosses;
3. An idea of where to start making improvements; and
4. Awareness! And who couldn’t benefit from heightened awareness?

For those of you receiving my blog, I will be sharing these survey results over the next several weeks.

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts! If you have any questions, feel free to contact me via http://leadershiptherapist.com/.
