Plaza Research Los Angeles is conducting nationwide telephone interviews to discuss an array of health issues. We are looking for men and women who are willing to participate in a 45 minutes telephone interview on Monday, January 21, 2013, and complete a fun homework assignment. If you qualify and are chosen to participate, you will receive a $175 honorarium for completeing your homework and telephone interview. Please note, this study requires chosen participants to complete and turn in a homework assignment by January 17, 2013, to supplement the interview.
As with all Plaza Research studies, participants will be contacted on a first come first serve basis. Please fill out the following questions to the best of your knowledge. If it is determined during the homework assignment or telephone interview you do not qualify, you will not get paid.
