The HR Certification Study Course targets content areas identified by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for their respective national certification exams.
Our course provides students with instructor support, relevant HR domain knowledge and HR competencies. Our course simulates exam content, test environment, and test format. The course offers a variety of learning options (live, synchronous, and asynchronous) using the most to date digital resources and rigorous assessments for preparing students in each content area. The Study Course makes no guarantee to a student's success in passing the HRCI or SHRM exam, as many factors including the students baseline HR knowledge, degree of individual study, and other situational factors can affect student outcomes. Our student pass rate at +80%, exceeds the national HRCI pass rate at 50%.
