For institutions who need supplies of PPE to help prevent the spread of infectious diseases including Covid-19, the State of Ohio is offering PPE at no charge. The PPE was purchased with federal funds for the purpose of responding to the COVID-19 public health emergency.

The Ohio Department of Health is offering the PPE, and following are shipping options:

If you have a FedEx account, we can utilize your account to ship PPE items to your location.
We can arrange for you to pick-up your order from our warehouse in Groveport, Ohio.
If your facility is within 25 miles from our warehouse in Groveport, Ohio, we can deliver if you order 5 or more cases.

By requesting and accepting PPE recipient agrees and understands the following:

• The Recipient is receiving Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) from the Ohio Emergency Management Agency/Ohio Department of Health which was purchased with federal CARES Act funds.

• PPE may include some or all of the following items: gloves, masks, gowns, etc., as requested by the recipient.

• Upon receipt of the PPE it shall be the sole responsibility of Recipient to utilize the PPE consistent with any applicable local, state, and federal laws

• It is understood that the type of PPE being provided are NOT medical grade, and the State of Ohio makes no warranty, or representation, expressed or implied, regarding the design or condition or fitness for any particular purpose.

• The PPE may not be returned.
