Ontario Physiotherapy Association (OPA) recognizes that many people living in Ontario access physiotherapist's services through extended health benefits (EHB).

However, across Ontario, physiotherapists and patients are reporting the negative impact of limited, or exhausted, extended health benefits funding on recovery, as well as return to work. The lack of access to sufficient healthcare through extended health benefits increases reliance on the public healthcare system. OPA is interested in exploring current trends in extended health benefits usage through private practice physiotherapy clinics in Ontario, and how these trends impact physiotherapy care and patient recovery.

The survey is for physiotherapists whose patients access care using Extended Health Benefits. It should take approximately 8-10 minutes to complete. Thank you in advance for your contribution.
