Otley Town Council have commissioned People and Places Insight to conduct an independent review of the bus services to and from Otley. We would like to hear from current and former users including
commuters, visitors, late night travellers, students and the disabled community. The following survey will take five-minutes to complete, and all respondents who want to will be entered into a prize draw for a £50 Voucher. Your responses are completely confidential and are protected under the Data Protection Act (1998) as amended.
All the surveys will be anonymised, analysed and included in a Report which will be used to Lobby West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA), First Bus and others to improve bus services to and from Otley. Copies of the final report will be made available from Otley Town Council in July 2025.
