Kaiser Permanente's KP LAUNCH program offers young adults a variety of paid internship opportunities in our medical centers all across Northern California, as well as our Oakland headquarters, and administration offices. Our goal is to positively impact the lives of young adults and build a pathway for talent that will become future leaders in health care. This is all part of Kaiser Permanente’s commitment to high quality care, and being able to meet the needs of communities in Northern California.

The internship requires the participants to be permanent residents of our Northern California service areas.
