Orange Village Wayfinding and Trails Survey

Welcome to the Fall 2025 Orange Village Wayfinding and Trails Survey!

This survey is being conducted by Orange Village in partnership with the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission to inform the Orange Village Wayfinding & Trails Plan, which aims to improve connectivity to community destinations and natural spaces within and around Orange Village. Building off the Community-Wide Survey conducted last year, we are following up with more detailed questions about the existing trail system within Orange Village, how it can be improved, and potential wayfinding signage to direct users to key community destinations.

Wayfinding is an informational system of signs that helps people navigate space, orient themselves when traveling, assist people in exploring new places, and contribute to branding, placemaking, and safety. Wayfinding signs often use simple text, arrows, colors, and imagery to provide visual cues to assist in decision making.

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your feedback will be instrumental in formulating a plan to make Orange's wayfinding and trail system more user-friendly to both residents and non-residents of Orange. Thank you for taking time to share your thoughts through this survey!
