What makes you Optimistic?

For 2 years, The Centre for Optimism has asked people “What makes you Optimistic?” 

The last year of the pandemic has seen a rise in fear, anxiety and depression.  Science says realistic optimism is an underpinning of good mental and physical health, innovation and resilience. 

In this survey, we ask you to share your sources of optimism to improve practices helping people increase optimism in themselves and others.
