Thank you for participating in the 2024 Town of Onoway Public Satisfaction Survey. The Town is excited to be undertaking this process, helping us gain deeper insight into how residents feel about current service delivery, and other areas of public impact, from your municipal government. We anticipate this survey to take just 10 minutes.

Your participation in this survey is important in continuing to serve the community, and will help us understand what is working currently and what might require a bit of adjustment to best meet your needs. Engagement results will be analyzed and presented to Town Council, and provided to Town Administration, to help drive further progress in Town.

Before completing this survey, we ask that you please review the following information that provides relevant context for this survey.

OUR CURRENT SITUATION
The Town of Onoway offers a variety of services for residents, which are outlined below, versus those offered by other levels of government:

Question Title

Image
This survey aims to gauge how satisfied you are with the services provided by the Town of Onoway. Additionally, we have included some questions specific to municipal budgeting. Importantly, these areas work in unison with one-another, with the knowledge that increasing service levels, for example, does have an impact on the local budget. Simultaneously, the Town – like all municipalities across Alberta – is adjusting to reduced funding from other levels of government.

The combination of community needs, increased costs, and reduced funding means the Town budget has to be developed responsibly, with a significant amount of thought and consideration to balance what meets your needs as residents now, and what will best serve the community into the future. As such, we are truly interested in hearing your thoughts and input on this important process!

Your opinion matters. Thank you for being engaged.
