Survey of Student Readiness for Online Learning (Spring 2021) FINAL

Dear Students,

Because of COVID-19, FSCJ continues to offer most classes in an online learning format. Through federal CARES act funding, FSCJ will be able to award a limited number of laptop and webcams to students with a demonstrated need. In order for FSCJ to determine eligibility, this survey will request some personal identification information. Because demand is likely to exceed the available supply of laptops and webcams, the College plans to make every effort to connect students to other available resources.
