Oktoberfest Ride for Arthritis Volunteer Sign-Up

Thank you for volunteering to help at the 2023 Oktoberfest Ride for Arthritis on Saturday, Sept. 16. All volunteers will receive t-shirts when they check in at the event and you are also welcome to join us for the post-party food and refreshments. 4.Please check the box of the volunteer role you are interested in. You can check more than one as I can move you from one role to another if you'd like more volunteer hours.

Registration Volunteer: 7:30 am - 11:00 am (Set Up area/help check people in and hand out shirts/break down station)

Set-Up Volunteer: 7 am - 8:00 am (unpack supplies, hang banners, set up pop-up tents, etc- YOU CAN DO SET UP AND REGISTRATION.)

25K Turnaround Volunteer: 9:30 am - 11 am - Missouri Tavern (hand out water & snacks and cheer riders on!)

Rest Stop #1: 7:45 am - 10:45 am - Pape Park at Springfield Corners (set up food and refreshments at stop/hang banner/restock/cheer on riders/break down stop). You will need transportation to rest stop.

Rest Stop #2: 8:15 am - 10:15 am - On the Rox - Roxbury (set up food and refreshments at stop/hang banner/restock/cheer on riders/break down stop). You will need transportation to rest stop.

Rest Stop #3: 9 am - 11:30 am - Westland Promenade – Mazomanie (set up food and refreshments at stop/hang banner/restock/cheer on riders/break down stop). You will need transportation to rest stop.

Rest Stop #4: 9:15 am - 12:30 pm - Festage Park Shelter #1 in Cross Plains (set up food and refreshments at stop/hang banner/restock/cheer on riders/break down stop). You will need transportation to rest stop.

Raffle Volunteers: 9:30 - Noon (Sell 50/50 and basket raffle tickets)

Raffle Volunteers: Noon - 3:30 pm (Sell 50/50 and basket raffle tickets)

Bag Check Volunteer Shift #1 (7:15 am - 10:30 pm) - Check in bags for riders

Bag Check Volunteer Shift #2 (10:30 - 1 pm)

Oktoberfest Store Volunteer Shift #1 (7:30 am - 11:30 am) - Sell last year's trinkets
