In early 2020, the Suicide Prevention Plan for Ohio was created by a diverse group of 33 community-based professionals and released alongside the support of Governor Mike DeWine. The resulting plan sets out actions to be implemented over the next three years.

One of the specific goals is to Provide training to clinical and social service providers on the prevention of suicide and other related behaviors. Your responses will help us take inventory of how institutions of higher education are incorporating suicide prevention education, advocacy, and promotion on campuses across Ohio.

Please take a few moments to answer this brief survey. If you have any questions about the survey, please reach out to Austin Lucas at austin.lucas@ohiospf.org. Thank you!
