  • There is space on this form to submit up to three examples, but you are welcome to complete additional forms if you have more examples that you would like to share.
  • Amazing Apprenticeships reserves the rights to modify any information provided, including correcting grammar and spelling, editing for audience and removing any references to named individuals.
  • Amazing Apprenticeships will potentially reference your school/college/educational setting within external communications and social media activity to raise awareness of your best practice example(s).
  • We ask that you do not include any photos of students' faces unless you have the appropriate permissions in place.
  • As a minimum, you will be asked to review the case study annually. If you need to make any changes before then, you may request these at any time.
