100% Everyone Work From Office full time similar to 2019 operations
~90% Everyone WFO full time with some permission-only WFH days
~80% Almost all staff WFO with relaxed or 1/day/week WFH policy
~70% - Executive team primarily in the office FT with managers determining department WFH policies
~60% - Exec team primarily in the office FT with most staff in office a minimum of 2-3 days/week
~50% - Managers determine staff WFO/WFH as required based on need to be in office
~40% - Staff allowed to choose between WFO or WFH, majority prefer WFH 3 days/week or more
~30% - Remote work an integrated part of business strategy with office hub(s) for staff to collaborate
~20% - Staff primarily remote, geographically diverse, HQ primarily for Exec team and client/staff meetings
10-15% - Staff almost completely remote with HQ location and small or coworking sites provided by company
5-10% - Staff fully remote with company providing coworking sites as needed
