The Town of Occoquan is seeking input from the public on the town's current public safety program.  The Town's Police Department currently consists of a paid police officer and a part-time auxiliary police program that is supplemented by the Prince William County Police Department's Central District.

Responses to this survey will be included as part of a department assessment that is currently underway.  The Town is seeking to identify the public safety needs of the Town in order to determine the future structure of police services necessary to address those needs. In addition, the Town is seeking to enhance policing services and to direct the department to provide the most responsive, cost efficient and compassionate police services possible.

Your answers are completely confidential and your identity will not be known. Please choose/select the responses that best represent your opinion.

Your participation in this brief survey is appreciated.

A public safety community meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 18, from 5 pm to 7 pm at Town Hall.  The public is invited to attend to learn about the assessment process and provide input into the process.
