We are conducting a community needs assessment to deepen our understanding of how we can grow and change to support the Oaklands community. If you choose to provide your contact details at the end of the survey you will be eligible to win one of two prizes - a $25 gift card to Shine Cafe! or $25 market bucks for the Oaklands Sunset Market!
This survey has 40 multiple choice questions and will take about 10 minutes to complete.  Your answers and any comments will be anonymous and may be quoted in report documents.

The survey is divided into four parts:
(1) facilities – about the buildings / physical spaces
(2) services – in Oaklands broadly and those offered by the Oaklands Community Association
(3) engagement – how we connect and interact in the neighbourhood
(4) profile - a few quick questions about you.
This survey is part of a more extensive process which will include an upcoming World Café conversation forum on Sunday April 30th.  We warmly encourage you to attend.  Each forum is family friendly and followed by a Community Dinner.
