Welcome to the 2025 Homeowner Occupancy Verification
Habitat Greater San Francisco homeowners have deed restrictions stating that they must live in their homes as their principal residence. Every year, we ask our homeowners to verify that you’re living in your homes and to update your contact information so that we can reach you in case of an emergency.
You’ll need to include one of the following documents as proof of residency for all household members on title: recent property tax bill, proof of homeowner’s insurance showing your current coverage dates, or your most recent utility bill. As a reminder, to be on title means that your name is on all loan documents.
Please submit your proof of residency and certification by October 22, 2025.
An optional brief survey is at the end of the Occupancy Verification. Everyone who completes the survey by October 22 will receive a Habitat GSF notebook.
