Medicaid Home and Community Based Service Waiver Survey

Medicaid is a large funding source for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Currently, Home and Community Based Service (HCBS) Waivers are being used to help provide funding for adults with disabilities within a community-based setting. The purpose of this survey is to determine occupational therapy practitioner knowledge and understanding HCBS Waivers, as well as advocacy in general.

Question Title

* 1. You are being asked to complete this survey because you are considered an expert in occupational therapy practice. The intent of this survey is to have data that proves whether or not continued education is needed regarding Medicaid HCBS Waivers. This survey will help guide future practice within the realm of Medicaid funding for occupational therapy within the community. To participate in this study, you will complete the following survey questions to the best of your ability and knowledge. There is no identifying information needed during the completion of this survey.
