Northern Middlesex Council of Governments (NMCOG), the Greater Lowell Regional Emergency Planning Committee (GLREPC), and the Massachusetts Office of Technical Assistance (OTA) will be holding a training on March 1, 2018, to help chemical and hazardous materials users prepare for severe weather and prevent industrial accidents. In order to best assess your regional / business needs and understanding of chemical management during weather emergencies, please take a moment to respond to this survey.
