* 5. There is a group grievance on IT salary on promotions from U of O. Have you or a coworker in IT received or been denied an additional 5% increase after 6 months as detailed in Article 66 of the contract. Language: (B) An IT employee receiving a promotion to a higher classification shall receive a base pay increase of five percent (5%) effective six months following said promotion.
