Thank you for becoming a voice for suicide prevention through membership with the Ohio Suicide Prevention Foundation (OSPF). We appreciate your support in expanding OSPF’s reach and impact, and we look forward to supporting you as a champion for suicide awareness, prevention, intervention, and postvention in your community and across Ohio.
To solidify your membership, please complete the application on the following pages. A snapshot of the membership benefits and levels can be found below, and you can also review our frequently asked questions document for more information. An invoice will be sent to the applicant within the next seven (7) days, and a staff member will reach out to you via email once your membership is in place.
